MARIO MURO HERRERA
The Chief Executive was born in Peru where he studied Hospitality and Tourism in the Center of Tourist formation CENFOTUR in Lima, Peru, and fine dining in the Peru Institute of Gourmet Studies IPG. He has experience cooking in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and now Ecuador. His specialties are Peruvian food, but he demonstrates this style hand in hand with Mediterranean styles of food bringing a lot of unique versatility. Select restaurants and hotels like El Señorío de Sulco in Lima, Peru, MIX in Barranqilla, Colombia, VINAK REICHRAMING, MOUNTAIN LODGES OF PERU, among others, all have had a great experience and expertise in the culinary field.
Mario is a cutting edge chef, which was recognized in the CATERING Food and Drink review of Colombia, writing articles about regional cuisines. He has been known for creating exquisite dishes and treating the guests and the kitchen with a lot of love and respect.
